Photos and a video walk-around are usually enough. For higher-value cars we’ll come to you or arrange a visit to Wellingborough. If the car matches the description, the price doesn’t move.

Handover and same-day payment
Bring the car to us in Wellingborough. We handle the DVLA change of keeper and pay by bank transfer on handover. Outstanding finance is settled with the lender and the balance goes to you.

Do you buy Japanese imports?
Yes — Japanese imports are our speciality. We buy JDM cars every week, from Supras, Evos and Imprezas through to Land Cruisers, Alphards, Hiaces, Delicas and kei cars. Because we import and sell these cars ourselves, we can value a genuine import properly instead of guessing.
How do I get a valuation for my Japanese import?
Enter your registration number and current mileage in the form on this page, along with your name, phone number and email. We check the car against live Japanese auction data and UK sold prices, then come back to you with an offer. If the car has no registration yet, tick the box to continue without one and give us the make and model instead.
Why do normal dealers offer so little for an imported car?
Most UK dealers and instant-price websites value cars from UK registration data. An import often has no UK service history, a grey-import model code their system does not recognise, and a mileage in kilometres. Their systems default to the lowest possible figure. We value the car on what it is actually worth to an import buyer, which is usually considerably more.
Will you buy my car if it is not registered in the UK yet?
Yes. We regularly buy freshly landed cars, cars still on NOVA, cars awaiting an IVA or MOT, and cars sitting on trade plates or a Q plate. We handle registration and compliance work in-house, so unfinished paperwork is not a problem.
Do you buy cars that are not Japanese imports?
We do. Japanese imports are our focus, but we also buy BMW, Audi, Porsche and Mercedes-AMG performance cars, Land Rovers, modern classics, 4x4s and clean low-mileage UK cars. If it is desirable and honestly described, send us the registration.
Do you charge any fees to buy my car?
No. There are no admin fees, no valuation fees and no deductions from the agreed price. The figure we agree is the figure you are paid.
How quickly do I get paid?
Once we have agreed a price and inspected the car, payment is made by bank transfer on handover. Most sellers are paid the same day.
Where do I take the car once we have agreed a price?
Handover takes place at our premises in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. We buy from sellers all over the UK, so if getting the car to us is a problem, mention it in the notes and we will talk through the options when we call.
Will modifications or an outstanding finance agreement affect the offer?
Tasteful, well-engineered modifications on a JDM car often add value, and we will price them fairly. Outstanding finance is fine too — we settle the finance company directly and pay you the balance.
